Shipping Policy

We're happy to inform you that like so many other places these days, we have a free shipping option, for most locations in the U.S.; see below for more details.

If your purchase totals $99* or more, then standard shipping is free!

All orders placed before 5:00pm EST are shipped out the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipment Delays

Please wait at least 5 business days after the latest expected arrival date of your package before contacting us about a delayed shipment, as the mail carrier may be running behind. When you contact us to report a delay in your shipment, know that we'll need your full name, address, email, and shipment tracking number. If it is determined that your shipment is lost, you may choose to receive store credit or a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

We do not issue refunds on any purchases, but will provide you with store credit or an eGift card equal to the pretax-amount you originally spent.


If you need to return any products, which are not heat-sensitive or perishable **, that you've purchased from us (inc. orders), your purchase must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in original condition, with all safety seals and original packaging intact, in order to receive your store credit or eGift card. Please note that it can take up to 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed, and a store credit applied to your account or eGift card emailed to you. All returns will be confirmed by phone or email, once your return has been received.


Please note that some products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


TNS orders are processed quickly once received and may only be canceled the day it was placed (up to 5:00pm): Orders that are cancelled after a shipment has been processed must be returned by the customer (after its arrival), at their expense, along with a 30% restocking fee once the package is returned to us.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package with items that have been damaged during the shipment process, save the original box and all contents, then contact us with your order or tracking number and we'll try to remedy the situation as best we can.

Product Allergies

If you experience an adverse reaction to any product you've purchased from us, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.

** Heat-Sensitive and Perishable Products

Some of the products we carry are either heat-sensitive or perishable, such as probiotics, oils, and liquid supplements. Due to the storage and sensitivity of these products, they are not eligible for a return or refund. While it does come with an extra expense, we recommend that you request Priority mail anytime you place an order containing any of these types of products, to ensure that your order arrives in a more timely manner.

Return Policy

A non-perishable (incl. heat-sensitive) product /or products may be returned if purchased within the last 30 days, is unopened and undamaged, and you have proof of purchase. If you ordered a product/s by mail, then you are responsible for the return shipping cost/s.
